Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

• All appointments require a 50% retainer fee at the time of booking to secure your slot, and it will be applied to your balance at the time of service. Consultation fees will be applied to your services/package. If you choose NOT to move forward with the service, the consultation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Members and package holders are required to contact the office directly via text to book an appointment.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation.
• Those who cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a no-show. In the event that you fail to provide the required notice, you will forfeit your retainer fee.
• Appointment “no-show” will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee. TWO appointment no-shows will result in dismal from the practice.
• Late cancellations or no-shows by Members and package holders will incur a $50 fee.
• We encourage clients to contact us directly by phone or text to cancel or reschedule appointments. Requests made through methods such as Facebook, Instagram, or email are not accepted for these purposes.

Grace Period and Rescheduling:

• There is an 8-minute grace period for late arrivals..
• If you arrive later than the grace period, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Or you may be seen at the discretion of the provider.

Refund/ Transfer Policy:

• Refunds are not provided for services and packages because of the nature of medical aesthetic treatments.

Results and Further Treatments:

• Aesthetic results may vary from person to person.
• While we strive for a positive outcome, results may not be certain.
• It is the client’s responsibility to pay for any additional treatments required to achieve results.

Fee Payment for Future Services:

• Any outstanding fees, including no-show and late cancellation fees, must be paid in full before booking future services.
